How does it work? We have a new system (referrered by affiliate Smiley Helper) where you have to refer at least 1 visitor to be on the list. The list will automatically add you. The top 20 referrers will be on the sidebar!

Well, these aren't really rules this is just telling you what I want to see in sites. Only rule #1 is really a downright for sure rule.

1. NO PORN AT ALL OR ADULT SITES (ok, end of only rule :) )
2. I really like original sites, cool layouts, you know :). Type "rachel rocks" in Hello. I really don't care how many visitors you have at all, but I prefer at least 100-300. Many exceptions are made though :)
3. If you want to be top (aka on sidebar) I decide that. It really depends on:
a. How much I like your site
b. How active you are
c. and a very little of how much you refer to us.
